Responsibilities
- This role ensures that organizational processes, resources, and support functions operate efficiently and consistently across multiple departments and program areas.
- The position also supports quality assurance and continuous improvement by maintaining compliant procedures, monitoring performance, and adapting administrative practices to evolving mission requirements.
- The Administrative Manager I is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing a wide range of administrative and operational support services that enable efficient program execution.
- The manager ensures that administrative processes align with lifecycle support needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.
- They implement procedures to improve productivity, enhance customer service, and support mission readiness across diverse operational environments.
- They contribute to quality assurance by monitoring administrative performance, identifying issues early, and implementing corrective actions to support consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
- A Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in administrative management, business operations, or organizational support services.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage administrative functions such as records management, supply distribution, payroll support, travel coordination, and data processing.
- Ability to manage procurement support activities, property management, and the acquisition, distribution, or disposal of materials and equipment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and oversee a wide range of administrative tasks in support of lifecycle operations.
Requirements
- A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
