Responsibilities
- Lead daily injection molding operations and maintain strong performance in safety, quality and output.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive actions that improve consistency and reduce scrap.
- Coach and develop employees through clear expectations, hands on support and training.
- Manage attendance conversations, feedback discussions and return to work meetings when needed.
- Partner with HR on staffing, hiring and personnel decisions.
- Support budgeting, staffing plans, equipment needs and long term improvements in molding.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and maintain a safe, positive work environment.

- We are looking for a Production Supervisor Injection Molding who leads from the floor, communicates clearly, solves problems quickly and builds a strong culture of safety, quality and trust.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment with direct leadership responsibility.
- Injection molding or plastics experience is helpful but not required.
