Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
- Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Minimum 10 years
- Strong hands-on experience with MS Copilot Studio for developing AI-powered copilots and conversational agents
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation, approvals, integrations, and RPA solutions
- Experience designing conversational topics, generative AI prompts, entities, and orchestration workflows
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and conversational AI best practices.
- Experience integrating copilots and flows with enterprise applications such as Workday, Salesforce, Sharepoint, and custom APIs
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, Dataverse, and webhook integrations

Compensation
- $100,000-$120,000 a year
- Discretionary Annual Incentive.
