About the role

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician to join our foundational team in Washington, DC with McKnight Pediatrics.
In July 2025, Zarminali Pediatrics partnered with McKnight Pediatrics, a well-established and trusted name for over a decade.
You will play a vital role in advancing the health of children while fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and community.

We recognize that clinicians wear multiple hats - care team quarterback, leader, mediator, translator - and our goal is to support and partner with them so they can effectively care for our patients.
Communicator: Manages communication with and across patients, families, and caregivers, fosters team collaboration and addresses communication gaps to ensure effective care management.
Advocate: Supports patients and families and meets them where they are while leveraging resources to ensure coordinated and seamless care.
Be a part of a team-based environment focused on providing high quality pediatric care within a mission drive organization.

M.D. or D.O. degree required from an accredited institution
Must be Board-Certified in Pediatrics
At least 2 to 3 years of post-residency experience working in a pediatric setting
BLS/ACLS Certification required

Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, adhering to best practice in documentation and healthcare regulations.
Collaboration: Working closely with support team members, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.

Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, state-specific factors, and individual qualifications, including years of experience, education, and scope of responsibility.
