Work alongside experienced operators and get direct visibility into how a high-growth startup builds its team.
Proactively identify and engage candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and community channels; build pipelines for active and future roles.
Own scheduling, interview logistics, and candidate communications end-to-end to ensure a smooth and professional experience at every touchpoint.
Maintain clean, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system so nothing falls through the cracks and reporting stays accurate.
What You Will Own
Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively identify and engage candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and community channels; build pipelines for active and future roles.
Coordination & Logistics: Own scheduling, interview logistics, and candidate communications end-to-end to ensure a smooth and professional experience at every touchpoint.
ATS Hygiene: Maintain clean, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system so nothing falls through the cracks and reporting stays accurate.
Process Support: Assist in building and refining intake templates, scorecards, and offer workflows as the recruiting function takes shape.

Comfortable in ambiguity: You can operate in an environment where not everything is defined yet, and you see that as an opportunity rather than a blocker.
Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)
Experience at a startup or high-growth environment
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other proactive sourcing tools
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or a related people operations role.
