Requirements
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and de-escalation techniques
- Ability to pass required background checks, fingerprinting, and drug screening
- Experience in PHP, outpatient, or structured day treatment settings

Compensation
- Starting at $55,000.00 (Salary)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday - 7:00am - 3:300pm
- Position Overview DTAC is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead and support our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Williamsport.
- This is a dual-role position (60% leadership / 40% clinical) focused on overseeing daily program operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality therapeutic care is delivered to adolescents in a structured, trauma-informed environment.
