Responsibilities
- Build and integrate technical security features and controls into our web application and internal administration platforms Implement and maintain AWS security controls, including IAM, encryption, backups, logging, monitoring, and alerting Securely orchestrate customer jobs and data across cloud and HPC environments Build and respond to alerts from security logs covering both cloud and on-premises hardware Deploy and manage vulnerability scanning tooling; collaborate with developers to triage and remediate findings Fix and validate remediations of penetration test findings Harden and secure on-premises HPC infrastructure Maintain and improve compliance tooling integrations, identify gaps, and drive remediation efforts
- building NIST 800-171 or NIST 800-53, compliance automation platforms, infrastructure-as-code, AWS security, developing CI/CD pipelines
