About the role

Employment for cleared roles is contingent upon verification of clearance status.

Create, issue, and collect employee identification badges.
Support security training and briefings.
For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and must be willing to undergo a CI polygraph examination if requested.
Must be 21 years or older and willing to carry a firearm and non-lethal weapons as directed.
Must be able to make the right decisions swiftly and possess excellent communication and observation skills.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Officers must be able to climb stairs and ladders, run short distances, and patrol exterior grounds on foot for extensive periods of time.
Officers may be required to use force in response to emergency situations that may place their personal safety at risk, and will be trained on proper use of force, de-escalation, self-defense, and response procedures.
To be eligible for this position, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
This position requires an active U.S. Government security clearance, applicants who do not currently hold the required clearance will not be eligible for consideration.

Current adjudicated CI or Full Scope polygraph.
2-4 years of customer service experience.
2-4 years of experience in physical security, military, first responder, or security services.
Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience with access control and intrusion detection systems.
Experience with security surveillance systems.
The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate's experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.
The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $33.75 - $45.00 - $49.50 hourly.

Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions.
Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range.

The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $33.75 - $45.00 - $49.50 hourly.
