About the role

  • Alliance Bernstein Middle Office (ABMO) serves as the primary operational liaison for all AB Trading Desks.
  • The team is responsible for overseeing trades within the relevant order management systems, ensuring they are processed correctly downstream.
  • In the event of any issues, ABMO coordinates solutions with Trading, Compliance, and both internal and external parties to achieve resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various trade support tasks, including trade allocations, rebooking, and confirmation.
  • Provide real-time support to 3 trading desks and Portfolio management teams to ensure accurate capture of trade details and economics.
  • Support AllianceBernstein ETF Operations
  • Candidates should have a strong ability to work and manage in a collaborative environment and to present results to both expert and non-expert audiences.
  • Additionally, the team manages trade confirmations with brokers and clearers, collateral processing, and the settlements process.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting or another relevant discipline.
  • Experience in Trade Support, working with a team environment with time sensitive deadlines is desired.
