About the role
- This role reports directly to the Head of Supply Chain.
- Responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery of materials, managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production and operational needs.

Responsibilities
- You source new suppliers, expedite purchase orders (POs), and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) with Engineering teams holding vendors and suppliers accountable.
- The SCM will manage procurement processes, source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Drive daily actions to clear shortages, expedite with suppliers, and protect integration timeline
- Reduce total cost, lead time, and risk.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Sourcing / procurement /related experience, ideally in a startup environment
- Experience with supply chain management and inventory control
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using procurement software
- Experience reducing purchase-price variance (PPV) without increasing risk
- Strong execution under pressure with clear written/oral communication, reliable follow-through, and the Judgment to escalate early to protect schedule.
- Comfortable executing while building structure and processes
- Strong procurement, vendor management, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in consumer, mobility, or medical device industries
- Advanced spreadsheet/cost-modeling skills.
- Experience building a motor / mechanical supply chain
