About the role
- The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities
- Perform immunology-based testing, including ELISA, cell culture, and bioassays
- Analyze data and report accurate results to support manufacturing and stability studies
- Support and mentor junior analysts, including training on laboratory techniques
- Review data, documentation, and support quality systems such as deviations and CAPAs
- Maintain laboratory equipment and coordinate calibration and maintenance activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Requirements
- an Associate's degree is required, preferably in science
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a GMP or quality control laboratory
- Hands-on experience with immunology assays such as ELISA, cell culture, or bioassays required
- This is a hands-on laboratory role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced GMP environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working with pH and conductivity testing preferred
- Experience using laboratory systems such as LIMS, TrackWise, or DMS preferred
- Familiarity working in biosafety cabinets and handling bioactive materials preferred
