Responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust computer to maintain shell weights and record on SPC charts.
- Perform temper tests of chocolate in the shell and bottom rooms.
- Document various settings, temperatures and speeds on a daily check list.
- Read production schedule and update Packaging End Lead and Process Lead about relief issues (impact of changeovers).
- Perform Changeover Tasks including Shell & Bottom Room Chocolate Depositors as well as changes along the line.
- Perform responsibilities of Creamer Operator.
Requirements
- May also be required to train and function as Kitchen Mixer/Cook.
- Knowledge of process pertaining to specified depositors and cream amounts for various products.
