About the role

  • The Managing Director will contribute to setting business direction and strategy, thought leadership, and the overall growth and scalability of the advisory business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead as a trusted advisor for
  • Oversee the design, development and implementation of solutions to drive success on every engagement for the client
  • develop comprehensive to achieve and exceed revenue targets, deliver compelling pitches, and lead contract negotiations to secure business deals
  • Generate thought leadership to capitalize on industry trends and develop innovative solutions and capabilities
  • Lead and develop multiple delivery teams across various accounts to successfully deliver projects with "right first time" quality
  • Collaborate in the continued growth and development of Red Nucleus

Requirements

  • 10+ years in management consulting, advisory and/or strategy and change management specifically for Life Sciences
  • A strong history of successfully selling, delivering and growing consulting revenues with a track record of sourced sales exceeding at least $3 million in the previous 2-3 years
  • cultivate a strong understanding of clients' needs, translating these into bespoke service offerings
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in the life sciences or business-related fields; Advanced degree in the Life Sciences, and/or MBA preferred.
