About the role
- ANI RAMEN HOUSE, a beloved NY/ NJ restaurant group, is seeking Prep Cooks to join our amazing Maplewood team!
- Ani, which means "big brother", is a vision of our owner and founder Luck, who decided to open a Ramen house that serves great food in a comfortable environment that he could bring his family to locally.
- Since 2014 we have grown the Ani brand throughout New Jersey and New York.
Responsibilities
- Maintains cleanliness of their workstation and kitchen equipment
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
Requirements
- Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work well in teams
- Strong attention to detail
Compensation
- From $17.00 per hour
