Our end client is a leading provider of innovative semiconductor solutions that help enable a smarter, safer, and more connected world.
The company serves a broad range of high-growth industries, including consumer electronics, smart home and IoT applications, automotive and electric vehicles, battery-powered devices, network infrastructure, healthcare, and aerospace and defense.

Lead the mechanical design and development of high-power RF amplifiers, subsystems, and chassis/line-replaceable units (LRUs) from initial concept through qualification, manufacturing, and volume production.
Develop and execute product development plans to ensure that technical requirements, program schedules, and cost objectives are met.
Create innovative conceptual designs and detailed mechanical solutions, while developing and maintaining accurate bills of materials (BOMs).
Design and implement advanced thermal management solutions, including both forced-air and liquid-cooled systems, to ensure reliable operation of high-power electronics.
Perform finite element analysis (FEA) for thermal, shock, and vibration performance of circuit board assemblies, LRUs, and mechanical structures.
Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, design documentation, and BOMs, while conducting tolerance stack-up analyses using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
Participate in and lead peer reviews, internal design reviews, and customer-facing technical design reviews to ensure design quality, compliance, and successful program execution.

Experience with military and aerospace specifications, including environmental requirements (e.g., extreme temperatures, altitude, vibration, shock, salt fog).
Applicant must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance.
