Responsibilities
- Our Solution Architects are key contributors to Tencent's success on identifying business opportunities leveraging our products in question, presenting solutions and demonstrating value to meet customer needs, leading POC projects, implementation, and various initiatives that drive both customer satisfaction and product efficiency.
- Guiding, training, and enabling the internal business teams and external partners on Tencent Cloud products knowledge and best practices leveraging relevant products in various customer solutions
- Creating clarity in requirements, build relationships with partner teams, embrace agility, design features to drive business objectives
- Working with engineering teams to implement new or updated tools in support of team or business processes
- Have excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with various stakeholders including customers and partners.
Requirements
- Have 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, another related field or its equivalent
Compensation
- The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $150,500.00 to $282,500.00 per year.
