Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for processing vehicle titles from various states, ensuring accuracy and marketability.
- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, holding team members accountable for meeting department goals and expectations.
- Create and implement streamlined processes and procedures to enhance team accuracy and efficiency.
- Reporting to a Director of Titles Operations, this role will collaborate with other Title department Supervisors and Processing team members to ensure customer satisfaction on a regular basis.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle title processing and 1+ year(s) of leadership experience.
- 5+ years of experience in vehicle title processing, with a preference for additional experience in automotive-related customer service roles.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a title department or leading a team.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, and escalate as necessary.
