- Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus 8111 S Emerson Ave Indianapolis, Indiana 46237 The Pharmacy Technician II assists the Pharmacists in a variety of technical duties related to the filling of medication orders or IV Admixtures.

- WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT - Position is 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Batch admixtures and maintain records of medications batched
- Prepare and deliver intravenous piggyback admixtures.
Requirements
- Required High School Diploma/GED
- PTCB Certification is required within one year of hire
- Pharmacy Intern Permit (PHINTERN)
- State Licensing Board
- Pharmacy Tech, State Cert (PHT)
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Certification
Nice to have
- 1 year Sterile Products Preferred
- 1 year Sterile Compounding Preferred
- 1 year Pharmaceutical/Pharmacology Preferred

- Position is 4 days per week. No weekends. 32 hours each week.
- Prepare sterile IV products including chemotherapy
- W ith 12 ministries and access points across Indiana and Illinois, Franciscan Health is one of the largest Catholic health care systems in the Midwest.
- Restocking and checking of Pyxis machines and nursing units including onsite and offsite units.
- Make routine deliveries of filled medication orders
- Monthly checking of assigned departments for outdates.
