About the role

Form Energy is seeking a High Volume Contract Recruiter to scale our frontline manufacturing workforce at our flagship facility, Form Factory 1.
This role will be hybrid at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV.
This is a full-time, contract position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of hourly manufacturing positions, moving hundreds of applicants efficiently from application review through to onboarding.
Partner closely with Production Supervisors, Shift Managers, and Operations Leaders to establish clear weekly pipeline and onboarding targets.
Manage weekly high-volume offers, track metrics, and oversee background checks and drug screenings.
Ability to build rapport with everyone from factory floor technicians to plant executives.

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to high-volume hourly hiring within manufacturing, automotive, warehousing, or intensive industrial environments.
