- This is a full-time position based out of the Charlotte, North Carolina offices and is not eligible for remote work.

Responsibilities
- You'll assist in the overall leadership of the campus, invest and develop volunteer leaders and teams, who ensure all worship experiences are carried out with excellence.
- Proficient in Google Drive Suite
Requirements
- Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in related field (or relevant work experience)
- 3-5 years of work experience in field
- 3-5 years of experience leading teams of diverse skillsets
- Experience working or high-level volunteering for a church/non-profit
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for 30 minutes.
Compensation
- The salary for this position is commensurate with experience.
