Responsibilities
- Project Coordination Support the planning and coordination of creative production across digital, social, video, print, and integrated campaigns.
- Help build and maintain project timelines, task lists, and production schedules.
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across internal teams and external partners.
- Production Support Assist with organizing assets, production files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and production partners when needed.
- Process & Organization Maintain project documentation, production calendars, and status updates.
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of execution and attention to detail.
- This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of campaigns and creative projects across multiple channels, ensuring work is organized, on schedule, and aligned with project goals.
- Working closely with creative, strategy, media, and account teams, the Production Coordinator helps manage timelines, coordinate resources, and keep projects running smoothly.
