About the role

Ability to Travel: Up to 25% The expected hiring range for this position is $68,640.00 - $85,800.00 annually for work performed in the primary location (Englewood, CO).
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
These ranges may be modified in the future.

Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, providing guidance on contracts, plan structure, renewals, and issue resolution.
Educate clients on company processes, policies, procedures, and web services
keep clients and brokers informed of product and service enhancements.
Oversee compliance with performance guarantees and contractual obligations.
Present claims experience reporting and relevant data to clients.
Coordinate and negotiate renewals for assigned clients, communicating client needs and risks.
Participate in RFP reviews and finalist presentations as needed.
Work closely with internal departments (billing, underwriting, claims) to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

The expected hiring range for this position is $68,640.00 - $85,800.00 annually for work performed in the primary location (Englewood, CO).
This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards.
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
