About the role

- We are looking for a Software Engineer (Implementations) to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Process improvement: Develop best practices and continuously identify areas of the onboarding process that can be improved to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Project management: Coordinate and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Team player with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Setpoint provides purpose-built capital and technology to asset-backed borrowers and lenders. Our platform is the funding operating system for originators: it verifies and stores documents
- it verifies and stores documents; automates critical calculations and compliance reporting; and digitizes assets like homes or cars.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer (Python experience preferred).
Skills
- Embraces rapid prototyping with a tight customer-feedback loop.
- Interest in taking ownership of major initiatives.
