Create a fun, engaging, and motivating environment that promotes skill development and positive client outcomes
Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs
Support parents, teachers, and caregivers by modeling and teaching strategies across the child's natural environments
Maintain consistent and effective communication with team members to ensure high-quality care and collaboration

Prime service hours are typically Monday through Friday between 12:00 PM and 6:30 PM.
Flexibility is required, and candidates with late afternoon availability are highly preferred.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Must successfully pass a background check
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current car insurance required
At least one year of experience working with children or teens with special needs highly preferred
Experience working with children or teens preferred
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, or currently in the process of obtaining certification (training provided)
