Responsibilities

  • Create a fun, engaging, and motivating environment that promotes skill development and positive client outcomes
  • Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs
  • Support parents, teachers, and caregivers by modeling and teaching strategies across the child's natural environments
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with team members to ensure high-quality care and collaboration

Nice to have

  • Prime service hours are typically Monday through Friday between 12:00 PM and 6:30 PM.
  • Flexibility is required, and candidates with late afternoon availability are highly preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current car insurance required
  • At least one year of experience working with children or teens with special needs highly preferred
  • Experience working with children or teens preferred
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, or currently in the process of obtaining certification (training provided)

Compensation
