Requirements

  • Maintain and troubleshoot when required all motors, photo eyes, relays, proximity sensors, solenoids, motor starters, etc.
  • Assist and support in janitorial duties as required
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
  • Ability to work in conditions that may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside, noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces

  • Primary responsibilities include preventive maintenance and repair of facility infrastructure-including plumbing, electrical and utilities, as well as structural and material-handling equipment.
  • Graduates of Bridgerland Tech College strongly preferred
  • Forklift-certified or willingness to acquire certification.
  • Knowledge of forklift repair and troubleshooting a plus
