About the role
- Ontra is seeking a KYC Analyst, reporting to our Managing Director, KYC, on our KYC Team.
Responsibilities
- Attention to Detail: Skill in accurately completing a high volume of KYC requests, including document collection, questionnaire responses, and stakeholder coordination.
- Communication Skills: Maintains a high level of polish and responsiveness in external communications, representing the brand and commitment to service quality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a KYC professional or paralegal.
- If you have a strong background in KYC processes, know the rules, regulations, and market norms, and have exceptional organizational and KYC diligence skills, we'd love to get to know you.
- For some roles, additional travel may be required based on the requirements of the role and business need.
