About the role

  • Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented experienced Engineering Project Coordinator.
  • The Engineering Project Coordinator plays a key role in facilitating the successful execution of engineering projects within the organization.
  • Job Duties: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and engineering milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Engineering Schedule for Power Distribution and Panel Products.
  • Establish and maintain a document control system to manage all project-related documents.
  • Ensure the proper naming, numbering, and version control of documents.
  • Ensure documents are consistent with engineering standards.
  • Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval.
  • Distribute documents to relevant parties as per the established distribution matrix.
  • Monitor and track the distribution of documents to ensure timely receipt by stakeholders.
  • Manage documentation revisions and updates, ensuring that the latest versions are available and obsolete versions are archived or removed.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal and external clients to implement changes and updates to documents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as IECC, IBC, NEC, UL, IEC, and IEEE required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe required.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously required.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience with a Visual-ERP system preferred.
  • 401(k) contributions matched 100% up to 4%.
  • Experience with a Visual-ERP system is a plus required.
