Responsibilities
- Prepare and review escrow documents and instructions.
- Schedule signings and support closing logistics.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Experience with escrow/title software is a plus.
- Prior escrow, title, real estate, or administrative experience preferred but not required.
Compensation

- Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $23.00 - $25.00 hourly.
- The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
