About the role
- Under the direction of the Director of Fitness and Wellness Programs, the Esports Head Coach is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and administration of the Competitive eSports teams at Wentworth.
- The coach must attend all practices and games, and travel when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects, areas, and components of the eSports teams. Coordinate all strategic aspects of the eSports program.
- Manage all official team communication channels (ex. Discord, social media, etc.) to ensure proper conduct and compliance with university procedures and expectations,

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of playing/coaching experience at a competitive level.
- Knowledge of Skill Development.
- Minimum Knowledge Required: Working knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of eSports and ability to apply in varied situations.
- Periodic training will be required.
