- This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working close to the shop floor, solving schedule and material problems in real time, and creating the planning discipline needed to support high-mix, fast-moving hardware production.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing coordination within hardware manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of production control processes.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and the interdependencies between purchasing, inventory management, production capacity, quality, and engineering to meet production objectives.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. unassisted
- Repetitive assembly operations, grasping, standing, lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position
- Assess production readiness by evaluating material availability, purchase orders, work orders, required documentation, and shop capacity to determine when work should be released.

- Prior experience in aerospace, defense, space, RF systems, electronics manufacturing, or other complex hardware production environments.
- Experience using Manufacturo in a production environment.
- Experience in a high-mix, low-volume or rapidly scaling manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or aerospace quality requirements
