About the role

Some companies call them "Maintenance Technician III " but at Prometheus our Neighbor Service Technician III do so much more.
Customer Service - First and foremost, it's your job to make sure our Neighbors feel at HOME, ridiculously well-cared for and genuinely proud to live in our Neighborhoods.
As a Neighbor Service Technician III, you are responsible for the timely completion of all phases of apartment turnovers and troubleshooting/repairs of most major and all minor mechanical systems.

The Neighbor Service Technician III is responsible for all general apartment maintenance in order to maintain and preserve the Neighborhood and to provide a quality living environment for our Neighbors.
You will also help with scheduling outside vendors, tracking budgets and financials, and perform administrative support duties for all maintenance related activities.

Availability - You must be available for on-call services and weekends.
You have mastered the basics of plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
You are a safety guru and have knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
Must possess basic computer proficiency and understanding of building materials and tools.
Must be able to use Yardi and manage work orders through technical systems.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
You must be available for on-call services and weekends.

Minimum of one year supervisory experience, two or more years of supervisory experience is preferred.

The provided salary range is based on a number of factors, including location, job-related skills, experience and qualifications.
