Responsibilities
- Support the management of all aspects of food and beverage operations, including order taking, service delivery, and guest satisfaction across all dining venues.
- Maintain exceptional service standards through consistent supervision, training, and performance feedback.
- Support daily pre-shift meetings to ensure alignment on service goals and guest preferences.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop strategies that enhance service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Support initiatives to innovate and elevate the food and beverage experience in alignment with industry trends and guest expectations.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation as directed by management.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury food and beverage environment.
- Strong operational knowledge of food service, beverage management, and guest engagement.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- TIPS and ServSafe certifications required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 45 lbs
- prolonged standing and walking required.
- Assist with ordering, procurement, and vendor coordination as required.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across departments.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 45 lbs; prolonged standing and walking required.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a variety of climates.
- Sensitivity to cultural nuances and commitment to Aman's philosophy of genuine, intuitive service.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Micros, SevenRooms, and Opera systems highly preferred.
- Multi-lingual abilities a plus.
