About the role
- As a Medical Assistant with Paradigm Treatment Centers in Idah o, you will play an essential role in supporting our nursing and clinical teams while ensuring residents receive attentive, high-quality medical and behavioral care.
Responsibilities
- Providing crisis prevention and de-escalation support as needed, following facility protocols.
Requirements
- Previous work experience in a clinical or residential setting.
- Experience with behavioral health.
- Passion for the field of mental/behavioral health.
- Have previously worked with adolescents/young adults or in a youth-focused environment.
- Previous work experience as a Mental Health Technician, Behavioral Health Technician, or Caregiver.
Compensation
- $25 - $25 USD
