About the role

  • The role of the department is to keep the office organized and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
  • In addition, the Administration Team makes sure that policies and procedures are being followed.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of Golub Capital's product offerings, systems and processes to support client relationships
  • Providing administrative backup support to the Executive Assistant Team including support to the Executive level offices as needed
  • Golub Capital is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant ("EA") to join the Administration Team, supporting our Investor Partners Group (IPG).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity is required
  • The ideal candidate is a team player with the ability to multi-task and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency and attention to detail across all tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to produce work that is thorough, meticulous and highly accurate
  • Friendly, upbeat, pleasant demeanor; good at building alliances and possesses a helpful, client support attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience booking complex global travel
  • Knows when to ask questions with a heightened sense of urgency and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • A "no task is too small" attitude
  • Ability to handle changing demands in fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work, with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, limitations and appropriate use of AI generated outputs

Nice to have

  • Excellent computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, previous experience using a CRM program a plus

Compensation

  • Assisting with annual benchmark analysis and providing updates on vendor performance (e.g., travel agencies, office supply distributors) to stakeholders
  • Participating in semi-annual department process reviews and collaborating with managers and Senior Leaders to identify improvement areas and implement best practices
  • It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $100,000 - $130,000.
