Responsibilities

  • Manages and directs the execution of AI and data strategies established by Senior Management and Executives.
  • Leads collaboration across teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications and workflows.
  • Conducts experiments and assesses AI initiative performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manages multiple AI and data teams led by lower-level Management.
  • Develops and enforces AI and data governance standards aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Coaches and mentors teammates to build AI expertise and foster a data-driven culture.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify real-world problems and apply AI and analytics for actionable insights.

Requirements

  • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in AI and data with progressive management responsibilities.
  • Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI and data-driven solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in relevant technical or business discipline.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of data lineage and master/reference data tools and technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and data governance frameworks
  • Experience designing and implementing business and technical controls to mitigate data risks within business processes.
