Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, product development, or engineering.
- 2+ years of experience developing and manufacturing complex electro-mechanical or fabricated assemblies.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly technologies, materials engineering, and production methods.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical hardware assemblies, fixtures, and tooling.
- Direct experience with the design, development, or manufacture of electromagnetic resin-impregnated coils.
- Familiarity with wet winding processes and fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) tube manufacturing.
- Experience with numerical analysis, simulation, or optimization tools.
- Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
