Responsibilities
- Manage direct mail and digital fundraising campaigns, including planning, execution, analysis, and optimization.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with donors, prospects, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
- Create and execute donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and retention plans.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure consistent donor messaging across all channels.
- Maintain accurate donor records, action tracking, reporting, and stewardship activities.
- Partner with the Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to support volunteer-to-donor conversion strategies.

Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, interpret, and report donor data.
- Experience working with donor databases
Nice to have
- Analyze fundraising performance data and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Represent Mercy Care at community events, speaking engagements, and partnership opportunities.
- Work closely with the Director of Development to establish fundraising goals and identify opportunities for donor growth and leadership giving.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of fundraising experience with a demonstrated record of securing charitable gifts.
- Experience with direct mail and digital fundraising best practices.
Compensation
- Develop and implement annual giving strategies to secure new, renewed, and increased gifts from individual donors.
- Lead strategy and implementation for Giving Tuesday and other annual giving initiatives.
- Assist in developing benchmarks, reports, and performance metrics to measure annual fund success.
