Job Description NewLane Finance Company ("NewLane") is a commercial equipment finance company, serving small and mid-size businesses nationwide.
Our products and services are offered to businesses primarily through financing programs with equipment manufacturers, distributors, and dealers.

3+ years of experience in similar administrative role (i.e., Loan Processing, Documentation Review roles).
Title vehicle documentation experience desired but not required.
Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented sales environment.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross functional team.
The successful candidate will possess a positive and "customer-centric" attitude, adhering to the core values of NewLane Finance.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to leverage relationship building skills.
Excellent computer skills to include, MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Customer service focus and a professional approach to servicing B2B relationships.

Salary Range:

When needed, provide transaction status updates to Business Development Representatives.
Using Cloud Lending and related Salesforce applications, set up finance transaction for proper billing and servicing.
Prepare, authorize and issue purchase order agreements to 3rd party equipment dealers.

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
$53,744.00 - $88,290.50

Additional benefits may include paid parental leave, military leave, vacation and other paid time off, sick leave in accordance with applicable state laws, and paid holidays.
