Responsibilities
- Own the marketing strategy, priorities, and performance of the Austin market.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, commercial priorities, competitive dynamics, and local opportunities to identify where marketing can have the greatest business impact.
- Build integrated marketing plans that bring together brand, lifecycle, partnerships, community engagement, merchant launches, local activations, and other marketing capabilities around Austin's highest-priority growth opportunities.
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, Community Engagement, and Marketing to coordinate execution and ensure investments are aligned to the market's highest priorities.
- Experience developing integrated marketing strategies that combine multiple marketing disciplines to drive measurable business growth.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- We design, build, and operate the world's largest autonomous logistics system, delivering critical supplies quickly and reliably.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in marketing, growth, brand, partnerships, product marketing, or a related field.
