Responsibilities

  • Support workforce assessments to identify organizational strengths, skill gaps, and future staffing needs.
  • Assist in developing workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and career development strategies.
  • Support performance management initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing hiring plans, position descriptions, and job announcements to meet current and future workforce needs.
  • Collaborate with project leadership and stakeholders to support strategic workforce planning efforts.
  • This role is contingent upon contract award and will play a critical part in our efforts to deliver exceptional results for this opportunity.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, including AMC resources, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.
  • Maintain professional conduct in meetings and written communication, participating actively with cameras on.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience supporting talent management, workforce planning, human resources, or organizational development initiatives.
  • Experience supporting talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management, succession planning, or workforce planning programs.

Compensation

  • Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.
