- Position Overview Seeking a compassionate and proactive Patient Experience Technician to ensure every patient feels comfortable, respected, and cared for.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient experience by assisting in the facility and lobby areas prior to discharge.
- Support medication coordination, such as calling in prescriptions (e.g., Eliquis) for patients.
- Proactively identify patient needs through conversation and provide holistic support (e.g., offering an emesis bag for nausea).
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby by sweeping, dusting, straightening, and addressing spills or hazards immediately by contacting Environmental Services.
- We foster a strong team environment where staff support one another during the busiest times.
Requirements
- Support efficient patient flow during registration and assist with completing required documentation to reduce wait times.
- Requirements & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.

- Customer service experience, preferably in a direct patient care setting within a high-volume, high-stress environment (Emergency Room experience preferred).
