You will track feature adoption, gather user feedback, and iterate continuously to ensure your technical solutions solve real business problems.

Drive Product Strategy & Execution: Own the roadmap for your feature surface area.
You will conduct user discovery, analyze behavior metrics, and prioritize what to build next based on business impact.
Ship Production-Grade Code: Actively build, test, and deploy the features you define.
You will write clean backend logic, design schemas, and ensure your code is secure, scalable, and auditable.
Own the Metrics: You aren't done when the code is merged.
Architectural Literacy: Ability to design scalable database schemas and understand cloud infrastructure (AWS) implications for the product features you scope.
Data-Driven & Empirical: Experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Pendo, Heap) and SQL queries to validate hypotheses and measure feature success.
User-Obsessed: You build software to solve actual customer pain points, not just to write elegant code for its own sake.

5+ years of experience in a product-focused role (Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Engineer) where you routinely owned feature definition, user research, and roadmapping.
3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
You must be comfortable diving into a complex codebase, writing reliable code in Python (or similar backend languages), and working directly with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server).
The Product Mindset: 5+ years of experience in a product-focused role (Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Engineer) where you routinely owned feature definition, user research, and roadmapping.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field is required.
