About the role
- The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a home health care setting is responsible for providing direct, one-on-one care to patients in their homes.
- Sentara Hospice is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an LPN.
Requirements
- Trade School Graduate for Nursing (Required)
- LPN License in state of practice (VA) (Required)
- BLS (Required within 90 days)
- 2 years' experience (Required)
Nice to have
- Prior hospice experience (Strongly preferred)
