About the role
- Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring for a Resident Assistant to be responsible for providing basic care to residents and assisting them in daily living activities.
- Able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
Requirements
- Demonstrates ability to work as a team.
- The Resident Assistant (RA) must possess excellent people skills and the ability to be compassionate and enjoy helping others.
Nice to have
- Experience in a long-term care or assisted living environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Alzheimer's Disease, other dementias and related memory impairments is preferred.
