You'll also directly influence the development and competitiveness of our insurance products through your valuable insights on appetite and pricing.

Manage claim reviews on new and existing policies and provide your recommendation on pricing, loss mitigation, and overall viability of the account.
Partner with the Insurance Analytics team to review and optimize Zensurance's binding authority programs.
Develop and strengthen relationships with Zensurance brokers, acting as a trusted partner in the marketplace.
Maintain data integrity and adhere to underwriting standards and practices in order to support all underwriting processes, minimize risk, ensure compliance, and help achieve team objectives.
Zensurance is seeking a Senior Commercial P&C Underwriter to join our Underwriting Team, where we leverage technology to empower our underwriters and deliver exceptional value to our brokers and insurance partners.
Reporting to the Operational Underwriting Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will involve evaluating submissions and applications for new and existing policies, managing broker referrals, and collaborating on diverse initiatives crucial to the overall success of our portfolio.

5+ years of commercial underwriting experience, with a strong background in property & casualty (P&C).
Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, or similar office tools would be considered an asset.
