About the role
- The Production Technician performs tasks involved with the manufacturing, packaging, and shipping of fluid sealing products. The Production Technician provides effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members.
- Fabricate finished gaskets from various materials with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) manufacturing equipment and/or by hand efficiently and with maximum utilization of material
Responsibilities
- The Production Technician performs tasks involved with the manufacturing, packaging, and shipping of fluid sealing products.
- Receive, document, and fill orders in accordance with sales/purchase order
- Perform weekly and monthly preventative maintenance procedures on machines and equipment used
- Maintain established inventory stocking levels including ordering, receiving, and restocking of both finished goods and raw materials
- Maintain a work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition that follows prescribed safety regulations
- Deliver finished product to customers as necessary
