Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
Nice to have
- Serve as subject matter expert in Prime Contract Management
- includes participating in the proposal strategy sessions, prime contract review, joint venture and/or contract partnering, and risk assessment process prior to prime contract execution
- Oversee the creation and review of formal project correspondence with clients and others to ensure Fluor's rights are protected and that it is consistent with the terms of the prime contract
- Oversee disputed change management and claims resolution efforts
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and regulations
Compensation
- $139,000.00 - $258,000.00
