The Field Installation Manager (FIM) is a full-time position responsible for territorial support of all projects from post-sale through window installation or service completion.
A Field Installation Manager will closely work with Installation Managers to support their training and development as well as assist in escalated customer issues.
The FIM will work closely with the Director of Installation to drive monthly Installed Revenue Metrics as well as Net Promoter Score as set forth by company's goals.
This position will also support the recruiting efforts for sub-contractors within the territory.
The FIM will maintain accountability and responsibility for ensuring that projects stay on track, and that any support necessary from the Office Staff is addressed by the assigned Installation Manager.

We are looking to expand our Operations team by filling a key role within the organization with an Field Installation Manager.
Also, this individual will verify and confirm the customer's and company's expectations are remaining in alignment at each phase of the project.
The FIM will be a secondary point of contact throughout the project and will communicate with customers as needed to ensure they are satisfied.
