About the role

  • The purpose of the Maintenance Supervisor position is to coordinate the installation, maintenance and repair work for the Indianapolis campus buildings.
  • The Supervisor will complete minor construction projects and provides supervision to others.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all inventory, equipment, and ensure proper storage.
  • Ability to lead a team on a multi-building campus adhering to high standards of customer service.

Requirements

  • Must have at least five years of experience in related maintenance work.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience

Nice to have

  • Certificate in maintenance trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) or at least 3 years of documented experience at journey level..
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Associates degree in a related field.
  • Must demonstrate ability to promote an environment that reflects the broad backgrounds represented by our students and employees and which every individual feels respected and valued.
