About the role
- The purpose of the Maintenance Supervisor position is to coordinate the installation, maintenance and repair work for the Indianapolis campus buildings.
- The Supervisor will complete minor construction projects and provides supervision to others.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all inventory, equipment, and ensure proper storage.
- Ability to lead a team on a multi-building campus adhering to high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- Must have at least five years of experience in related maintenance work.
- 2 years of supervisory experience
Nice to have
- Certificate in maintenance trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) or at least 3 years of documented experience at journey level..
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Associates degree in a related field.
