About the role

This employee will be responsible for overseeing the employees of the department and making sure that all company and state regulations and procedures are followed accurately.
Responsible for direct supervision and training of all team members engaged in the manufacturing process and department.
Monitor employees to ensure attendance and adherence to break and meal schedules.

Formulate and create batch records for products scheduled by Supply Chain in accordance to our current SOP's.

Experience with METRC or Wherefour
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Produce reliable and precise data for completion of all required batch, equipment, quality, inventory and state mandated seed to sale documentation.

Clean and sanitize glassware, transfer materials, storage vessels, tools and working surfaces.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Maintaining equipment health by performing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly checks
